Minimums
What are your minimum order requirements?
Answer: We are proud to offer some of the lowest minimums in the business. Local de livery, Newport & Middletown, has only a $75. minimum order for delivery. Other areas are generally $150.00 minimum. For local deliveries between $75-$150, there is a small order charge of $2.50 What does it cost for delivery?
Answer: All deliveries are free of charge and currently DO NOT include any fuel surcharge. We are carefully monitoring the fuel & competitive market to see if a fuel surcharge may be necessary in the future.
Less Than Case Quantities
I don’t need a whole case of xyz. Can you sell me less than a case?
Answer: YES. We will “break” or sell more less-than-case quantities than almost anyone else. Normally, if the case packaging allows us to break the case logically, we will. There is a small upcharge for this service, however it still represents a good value. The exceptions typically are when we carry two or three brands of a particular item, we will normally only break the case on one, with the others being available only in case quantities. 
Open to the Public
I don’t own a business. Can I still buy from you?
Answer: YES. We are open to the public and anyone can buy from us. We no longer operate a showroom where you can browse the aisles. However, all of our commercially available product is on hand and ready for purchase. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you to the right product for your needs by asking appropriate questions and retrieving the items you need from our warehouse of over 6000 items. |
